Ok /fit/, did I develop some nice cancer in the meantime or do I need to eat a pizza a day to keep the death away? Wasn't healthy food supposed to be nourishing? I feel like I'm not gonna make trough the winter.

Doing bodyweight + some lifting here and there for over 2 years. Eating like shit and eating until I feel like my belly gonna explode.
Now I finally stopped with emotional eating, calculated my TDEE and I'm trying to hit TDEE only with clean food. I eat 3 times a day and sometimes when I feel hungry.
Started taking cardio seriously but struggling with Ct5K because even tough my cardio load is 80 minutes/week, sometimes my legs take 4 days to recover. Also could do 5x5 L pull easily, now I cant even do 3x3 normal pull ups and lost 15 pounds in 20 days I think. 100 lbs and, can you believe?, 5'9''.
