Not sure if this is the right place for this but whatever
I wanna lose some bodyfat, and I've started walking more etc, but I wanna eat healthier too
The problem is that, even though I can make healthy food from time to time, I suck at being consistent, and my creativity runs dry pretty fast
Pretty much, can someone recommend like a meal plan that's easy to follow and isn't super expensive? Aka not like, fresh berries every morning, that would cost like $100+ in just berries ever month and I can't afford that lol
