cooking egss is an art, use a non stick pan and no oil or butter but if you have to use only butter, oils coat the eggs and then you cant taste the egg flavor only oil and it will be bad, look up gordon ramsay scambled eggs and stir it like he does but dont put all the unhealthy shit in
