I think the reason NoFap works is because really the only way a man is going to get significant amount of oxytocin (aka "The Beta Hormone") is to have an orgasm. If you're already having sex then this isn't a problem because sex can't go on forever and you need to chill out after you bust, but if you're just sitting in your room jacking off to weird fetish porn all day you're just turning yourself into a beta boy.
I don't think NoFap really has much of an effect on testosterone per se.
