Tell me what's your opinion on this training for a beginner:

1) 20 minutes on bycicle (with a bit of resistance).
2) Stretchings and articular movements.
3) Strenght training with 5 kg dumbbells focused in 6 different points of the body.
4) Pulling a rope from a 45ยบ angle inclination
5) 2x20 seconds of abdominal isometrics (simply doing the 'table'
6) Elevating legs and "walking" about 30 steps while laid on the floor to train down abdominals.
7) Final stretchings of biceps and abdominals to finish the training.

This sounds like you try to get a workout with some shitty equipment.

Join a real gym and start doing bench press, OHP, squats and deadlifts.

Stop trying to shortcut shit m8. Do SS each workout will be about 45min to 1hour25 (once you reach respectable weight). Do arms and shoulders after every workout, light accessories.

Count your fucking calories. Use a pencil and calculator and write the shit down. Track your weight.
Do cardio once a week to minimize fat gains (run and jog you fat fuck) the hit abs.

Bulk as cleanly as you can for 8 months.

Your program is pathetic and I can just tell by the picture you posted and the shitty routine that you gave out that youre fucking cuck. Stop being scared and just fucking do it faggot.
