Well my home gym did not work as I thought it would and now I can only do deadlifts, military press and if lucky, floor press. Is there any rountine I can use that only has deadlifts and military press?

I'm assuming you have a barbell, so you can also do rows, shrugs, curls, squats, step ups, and lunges.

You can row and clean the bar for squats, not ideal but you can manage until you get a rack and bench
