I currently weigh 77kg (169,756 lbs) in the morning with an empty stomach after peeing and taking a poop, and I'm 175cm tall. I've been following the Kinobody superhero bulking program since March and I've seen some gains, but I weighed 79kg last month and didn't have visible abs when relaxed so I decided to go for a mini cut three weeks ago and now I'm at about 15% bodyfat. I'm eating 3100kcal for three days a week when I hit the gym, 2500kcal on my off days and 2400kcal on Sunday. Protein is always 170g, fats are 30% of total intake and the rest of my calories is from carbs. Is this approach correct if my goal is to lose small amounts of fat while keeping most of my muscle? I'd like to reach ~11% bodyfat towards mid-July. Pics are me after a workout on the left and me in the morning after weighing myself on the right, they're from 4 days ago.

Are you in a caloric deficit? I don't think you will lose fat at the rate you want eating 3100cal three days a week (i asume with your stats 3100 doesn't put you in a deficit). Eating the same calories with a deficit everyday is a better approach. As long as you keep working out and eating your proteins you won't lose muscle
