Hey guys, is it worth training if my calories intake is drastically below what's required for me?
I basically left my gf a week ago, I'm back to my parents home, I don't feel that bad but I can't fucking eat anything. I woke up at 9, now it's 12 and I'm still not hungry at all, I feel like I can't eat things. I think in like one week or two I could eat normally again, but is this worth burning the few calories I eat per day working out ? I'm doing bodyweight everyday, trying to escape skelly mode

exercising will cause u to burn calories and will make u hungry after. the only reason ur not hungry is because ur basically sedentary and ur body doesnt need the food.

I didn't stop cycling with my road bike or working out since and I began doing freestyle roller again to keep my mind busy
I can't eat because of my emotional problems
Should I continue exercising to get hungry or simply stop doing anything to gain some weight and then start working out again ? Not doing anything seems stupid, but I don't know if exercising will make me hungry because the pronlem is in my fucking head
