So I have losing a lot of weight lately from diet and physical activity . Down to about 172lbs. I have been running a route around my house. Up to 4 miles now. Like the route and have been working on lessening my time. Last week as I was getting to the home stretch someones huge dog comes running after me and tried to bite me before it turned back. I have a huge fear of dogs and have not ran since. I do not know what to do. I do not want to regress into my past self, but I rely heavily on routine and this is messing me up.

buy dog mace/pepper spray. douse the piece of shit if you see it coming near you again.

if someone comes out and bitches about it call animal control or the police to report an aggressive dog not being contained.
