Squat 200
Deadlift 225
Bench 200
OHP 135
Im sitting around 14 or 15% body fat and think i should get to bulking and getting stronger but primarily putting on mass. I was thinking some variant of U/L. Anyone have any suggestions for one?
Looking good bro. Whatever routine you end up using just go hard with the legs. Your bench is incredibly high compared to your lower body maxes.
