I need your help /fit/
I have to eat a really clean diet for the next few months (low sugar, dairy free) and I have no idea how I'm going to be able to get calories in. Basically I have to cut out dairy, as much refined sugar as I can, and peanut butter. How the fuck am I supposed to get 3600 calories in without eating these calorie-dense foods

live in bumfuck nowhere with limited transportation, concerned the food i get is crappy (additives gmo)
where can i get good chicken and vegs/fruit and shit? i don't think farmers markets are near me unfortunately and all that's in my town is
