18 yo, was 95 kilos two months ago, vigorous cardio, running, am now 85 kilos, realized I need to include strength training more adequately into my schedule (Not bragging, inherently 'big' and strong, just genes, however I need to tone) SO; what do you think about this schedule?

Monday
Warm Up 3 minute skip rope
20 Squats
20 hip raises
15 Push ups
6 Dumb bell rows (EACH SIDE)
X 4 times
2-minute plank
Warm down 2 minutes Skip rope

Tuesday
4 K run

Wednesday
Warm Up 3 minute skip rope
20 lunges
15 step ups
15 push ups
6 Dumbbell Rows (Each side)
X 4 times
2-minute plank warm down

Thursday
5 K run

Friday
Warm up 3 minute skip rope
8 squats
8 lunges
6 hip raises
6 step ups
15 push ups
3 dumbell rows (EACH SIDE)
X 4 times
Warm down 2 minute skip rope

Saturday
6k Run

Sunday
5 sets of 5 minute skip rope

I have little experience with fitness, besides having the motivation and endurance to do this (have been for 2 months, started strength ~1 weeks ago) (I have also been calorie watchign etc) so any feed back on what needs to be changed is v much appreciated.

Avoid bodyweight exercises if you have access to a gym with weights. Why did you stop SS? I'd eliminate all the bodyweight stuff and continue with that. You should be able to keep the cardio, just be careful not to fuck up your knees.

If you want to do bodyweight exercises, do something progressive. Start bodyweight, the rbodyweight fitness recommended routine and convict conditioning would be good things to look into for a base idea. Pick one or mix and match concepts.

For example I personally use Startbodyweight as a base with the warm ups, accessory skill work and bodyline practice from the recommended routine minus planks and plus bridges (using the convict conditioning progressions), but you have to find what works for you.

Cardio looks good although if you're mainly working in the 4-6k range I'd occasionally do sprint work and long slow runs (more like 8-10k) with no focus on speed at all.

Also, you will need a rest day. Honestly maybe just drop the skipping on Sunday OR again just sometimes replace a standard run with HIIT skipping (you could do this instead of sprint days for example).
