So I've been working out for a year and a half now, the last 6 months I've been hitting the gym every single day with my gym bro. We do about 5 exercises for the main muscle we're working with 4 sets per exercise (not including warmups) and switch the order that we workout the muscles from week to week.
We've both seen good results as far as muscle growth goes, I'm just wondering if this is optimal. Since it takes about 48 for a muscle group to recover, I don't see why it wouldn't be, but who knows
