What's the best schedule for proper rest and recovery? I'm currently doing A day, B day, Rest, Repeat. Would like to add a cardio day in there if possible as well.

If you faggots don't need rest days, then you're not training hard enough

How long have you been training? How many rest days a week?
>>41766528
8 years, just like OP: A, B, rest, repeat

Repeat after me, faggots: Fitness happens when you REST.
Without adequate rest your body doesn't have enough time to completely rebuild from the intentional damage you're doing, in other words you never reach your full potential.
Also what this nigger said: >>41766506

Rest, workout, rest, workout, etc. I try to stick to that schedule, OP.

Yeah if fitness happened when you REST, Then why are so many obese people running around
I do the same: Upper Pull, Lower and Core, rest, Upper Push, Lower and core, rest - repeat.

Honestly it does depend on how physically active you are outside the gym. All things being the same, differences in activity level should mean that NEETS can afford 6 days a week, but a postman will probably only need 3/4. But this is all made up bullshit fitness bro magic.
