Whats the best HIIT for /fat/ fucks?
I've been out of the gym for like two years and just got back in. I was not kind to myself during those two years, and probably shouldn't run until I lose some weight desu. Don't want to die of exploding knee syndrome.
What's a good way to start doing HIIT on non lift days?

Since youre fat the closest to hitt your going to get is to hop on a bike since it wont fuck up your knee too much. Or maybe hitt while swiming since there will be little joint or muscle strain
