We live in a place where we can live perfectly fine without meat. But none of my friends are vegan so eating out is always a hassle. On that note just because I choose to substain from certain things doesn't mean I need to be accommodated like a special snowflake this is my choice so my responsibility. Even if being a vegan is a pain in the ass, there are a lot of violent vegans just ignore them and hopefully they shut the fuck up because nobody gives a shit

Buy protein podwer in bulk, it's literally cheaper in pea and rice form than whey.
I usually pour like one or two scoops(over 20g of protein each) when making soup, it's unflavoured so it mixes up nicely.
