That's bad for a few reasons.

1. Making huge changes to your diet makes you feel like shit. When people switch to keto, for example, some people will literally feel like they have the flu for a few days. This dude obviously doesn't have a whole lot of control over his diet to begin with, why does he think he's gonna have any more when he feels awful?

2. Your habits are a huge part of your diet. They're hard to resist. When you try to change them all at once, it's easy to fail one, and then another, and then another. Before you know it, you're back to square one.
