Am I doing the right thing?
>Did SS two years ago.
>Reached 1/2/3/4
>Ended up using a particularly nasty chest infection and personal trauma as a subconscious excuse to take time off from the gym.
>Ended up being over a year, got fat.
>Back at the gym, still have most of my strength - maybe 5kg off 1/2/3/4.
>Weigh 100kg.
>Eating 1400kcal.
>On Keto.
>Getting approx 160-180g of protein a day.
>Training basically SS, with isolation work in between compound lift days.
>Supplementing with PowerCleans.
>Going to see my doctor about Albuterol.
After all of this, should I go standard SS, or should I go to PPL/SL/TM?
