Why is my mind lagging behind my body?
I enjoy working out, it takes everything in me to give myself rest day (still doing cardio) i just have to stay active, choosing to walk more and shiet.
But my mind is simply not developing as fast as I wish it would (its even stalling I would say). I've always been into personal development, but I just cannot bring myself to develop my mind.
Every time I'm walking to the gym I listen to podcast and audiobooks feeling motivated and all that, promising myself how I'm going to read for hours after I get home, but once I'm home, I waste my time endlessly browsing internet and achieving fuck all (don't even have motivation to watch TV Shows or movies because they require your attention).
Tried learning programming, but that doesn't work, i drop it after watching code and tutorials for 10 minutes.
What should I do /fit?

Practice minihabits.
Do your goals for at least five minutes, even if you are not up to them. If you want to do more, you are welcome.
