Is it better to train with heavy weights fewer times (2-3-4) per week or with lighter weights more times per week (5-6-7)?

Generally lighter, say 65-70% average intensity. Doing 90%+ intensity for extended periods of time isn't great. however, both are needed

So the solution is periodization, right? Doing one week with heavy weights, then a week of light weights, then heavy etc.
1 proper full body workout every week where you're making progress and lifting heavy as fuck will give more progress than lifting like a faggot bitch 7 days a week.
So go for middle-ground, 2-4 days per week. 2-3 days full body, or 4 days upper/lower
anymore than that is pointless and doing nothing besides burning calories

Muscle get more fatigue with heavy weights, its been proven
Fatigue == fast huge gains

There are different ways to fatigue a muscle. Are you talking about heavy weights to failure? Also roids is a huge factor: natty training is different from roided up training.

>failure
You hsve to have a spotter to help you with the last rep or with that 1 rep
If you do not heavy fast reps, that will fatigue the muscle to grow?
