Been slacking on lifting this year, been too busy with uni.
Got a 4 week holiday coming up and planning on just sleeping/eating/lifting 5-6 days a week during it.
Also been between 2200-2500 cals all year and gonna bump up to 3000-3500 for the break too.
What supps will aid me on this?

Does uni really take away from lifting? I'm in the mil. and am going to a uni next year and am used to going to the gym an hour to 2 hours everyday am i setting my self up?
