Help /fit/, I get stuck halfway between the first and second pictures. Which muscles should I focus on and which exercises should I do accomplish my first pull-up?

some lat pull downs that are just under your weight. so if your weight was 150 i would say do 110 lat pulls and go for higher reps, 8-12. also keep just doing pull ups consistently and you will see improvements. Don't settle for a certain amount always push for more.
lats, biceps, brachioradialis
pullup negatives, assissted pullups (machine, band, chair, ect.), inverted rows, lat pulldown, chinups

Start with chinups. If you can't do those either, do negatives. Start with the end position and lower yourself down slowly. Scooby has a great video on how to achieve your first Pullup.

oh, forgot to also add scapular pullups, if you can't get out of the dead hang
Having your legs behind you is pretty stupid for pullups. Go get dem lats more engaged and get those legs in front of you.
slow negative pull-ups
jump up and descend slowly. nothing is going to carry over better to your pull-ups than this. You don't need to do a dozen of retarded assistance variations.
