I'm super fucking broke lads. This is what I figured I'd try to work with on my super frugal budget while still trying to get fit.
BREAKFAST
>3 whole eggs
>2 slices wholewheat toast
>Glass of whole milk
LUNCH/POST-WORKOUT
>Tuna
>2 slices wholewheat bread
>Glass of whole milk
>Orange
DINNER
>150g Kidney Beans
>75g Brown Rice
>250g Mixed Veggies
>Glass of whole milk
Totals around 135g protein and 2300 calories. Just wondering if I've missed any cheaper options for my meals though? I know peanut butter and oats are meant to be good but they aren't really as universal as everything else. Bread can be breakfast or lunch, and I can have bread on its own if I need to. Oats and peanut butter seem more like they'll need to be combined with something else to be good.
>gottage cheese
>soy products
>quark
Super fucking cheap and lots and lots of protein
more carbs faggot
>2 slices of bread for lunch

What does the cost total out to?
>>41753546
£2 a day roughly
The most expensive thing is tuna and that's only like £0.60

Not bad
If you want more variety, red lentils are great and cheap (buy the largest bag you can find). Personally I cook them and add raw onions

Not bad. The best you can do is look for bulk deals.
