I thought I was in shape until I got these fucks. I bench 250, deadlift 410, and squat 375, but none of that helps me on these fuckers. I can barely do 5 dips without my body sperging out. Pullups are considerably harder. Since switching to rings I've had massive gains in muscle size and strength. Quit fucking around in the gym and get some rings faggots

added rings to my routine. no need to give up squats and DL's just for some pullup variations.
