You can try, but it doesn't work out for me. If I don't sleep at all at night, I'm a zombie for the rest of the next day, so it's a fucking waste of time anyway.
It's more of a mental fatigue than physical, my brain just refuses to think about anything more complex than "wanna go to bed"
