Hey /fit/, I'm not able to find a comprehensive plan that fits my needs. I'm a 200lbs out of shape 20 year old and am looking for an exercise and diet regimen to lose weight/get back in shape, but most regimens I find are focused on lifting/increasing strength etc. Obviously I'm going to be lifting as a part of my gym routine, but I want one more focused on weight loss + which involves 5-6 days of working out rather than just 3-4 days as these plans seem to. Diet too. Basically, spoonfeed me info please.
