I'd do:
dynamic stretches first,
If I'm gonna do calisthenics that will be first, do warm up set with body weight- stay the hell away from failure like 8 reps - then add weight and do working sets.

I do a warm up set of 8 reps with 50% of the weight I'm gonna use for my working sets for the first excercise for each body part. Except squats where I do bar, 50% then 75%.

Meh don't do static stretching, never felt necessary. I foam roller when I feel tight.

If you are gonna do cardio I honestly feel doing a warm up is pointless before weight. So do Cardio after weights.

If you can run, swim or bike within a small time frame from squatting along with your other lifts you're doing it wrong.

High school swimming put me in the best shape of my life and that was 2.5 hr swim 6 days a week supplemented with 1 hr lifting 3-4 days a week. Doing both is fine if you can get the nessesary sleep+food.

I would sleep 14 hours on off days and eat probably close to 4000 cals a day but god damn were we all shredded
