I've a problem /fit. I recently took a 1 month break off lifting. Beore the break, my squat was already going down for whatever reason, I was doing sets of 5 with 180 kg but was starting to fail at 4 and 3. After I restarted, I am having trouble getting triples with 150 kg and have constant hip pain in my right hip. Also, the right side of my groin huts after every set. Does anyone have any idea what this is?

2. bro you can't just immediately go back to doing close to the same weight after a month off unless you're experienced. this is due to neuromuscular adaptations, which you have lost. just lift. it'll come back
