You'd have a small pigeon chest, no shoulder, back or arms. I'm assuming those were body weight squats so no legs either. And a blurry 4-pack.
Honestly unless you are going to train properly you'd be better off just eating a clean diet and being skinny rather than skinny with a couple of random bumps.
