I can touch base with my toes just fine but how do I build up to pic related? I wanna be a bendy noodle.

stretch 3 times a day in that position.
spread your legs as far as you comfortably can, and then alternate the following two stretches for about 2-5min each day:
- Arms up, back straight, core braced and try to lean forward while keeping the back straight. lean as far as possible, hold 5 seconds, breathe in and while breathing out lean a bit more forward each time. When you are as far as you think you can go change to stretch 2
- let you back become loose and try walking forward with your fingers, again use your breathing to get farther. switch back to stretch 1 if you don't get flatter after breathing.
also don't forget to stretch the opposing musles afterwards so you can move the next day.
