Fast food isn't cheap. Stop perpetuating this myth. You can buy a pound of celery for the price of a McDouble. You can buy an entire fucking 5 lb chicken for the price of a Big Mac meal.
Green veggies are cheap as fuck to. Heads of broccoli are like $1 per lb.
Nuts can be expensive depending on the type, but you shouldn't be using nuts as your only fucking fat source. You should have fats coming from things like meat, olive oil, avocados, etc.
Also, green veggies have almost no carbs, generally speaking. Using "green vegetables for carbs" is like using black coffee for protein, since 1 cup has like 0.4 grams of protein.
Go be retarded somewhere else. Preferably a grocery store, so you can realize why you're so fucking stupid.
