Is this a pinched nerve? I'm pretty sure I got it from benching since that's when it hurts the most. It's generally sore even though I've been massaging it all day. I've heated it and put on ice. My PT told me to do the corner stretch which helps a lot. What do yo guys suggest I do?

See if your gym has one of those machine benches where you can sit in it, and your palms face each other. That position removes a ton of torque from your shoulder joints.
It may be you irritated some connective tissues, and have a tiny tiny tear (and the blood rose up).
Best just to rest it for 72 hours, and start out lightly next time.
