Since 75% of good muscle building consists in eating well, i have decided to ditch the gym due to lack of time. I do have however time to do stuff at home. I have a pullup bar and thats it. I could also do pushups and stuff.
Can any of you bros give me your home calisthenics workout routine? ps: i dont give a shit about legs, i already play football.
