Past couple months just don't feel like lifting or doing anything at all. Anyone else felt like this before? Just suddenly stopped giving a fuck and got no drive for the things I liked to do

3 weeks ago my wife got rammed down by a speeding car. Honestly I have lost every passion I have in this life and only really come here because it's habit. Every day I go to the gym and do the same old shit because I don't have anything left in this world.

I can't even bare to look at my daughter without seeing my beautiful wife in the stretcher in the back of the ambulance. Every fucking night I hear the wailing of my daughter and don't believe anything you read online because I made all that shit up
