How can you possibly 'overdevelop' anything as a natty? I see that word being thrown around a lot, but I've never seen any drug free athlete being freakishly big.
I am not into bodybuilding really, so maybe it occurs on the stages, idk.

Very hard to do unless you absolutely ignore a certain muscle group for a long time.
I only hit my legs once a week, for example. They haven't overdeveloped, and a few months down the road I'll be swapping them with back/biceps and then only hit those once a week. I don't have the time to lift on saturdays, but regardless none of my muscles have 'overdeveloped'. You lose growth, yes, but for a natty it's nothing.
