SL suggest I start at
90 Squat
60 Bench
65 Row
40 OHP
100 Deadlift
Should I really start at those? Should I make 10 lb jumps or something? Seems like a huge waste of time
OK start higher then if you think you're too strong for that. SS wasn't tailor made for you specifically.

You start low so you actually have time to get stronger before you stall.

Ya but 50% of my current maxes? I could probably bang get the whole workout done in like 20 minutes at that weight

add 10 lbs for upper and 20 lbs for lower body per session for 2 weeks

This. And if you stall you'll know it's because you went up so fast. If you stall a lift or don't finish all the sets cut the weight by 10% and go up using normal increments.
You'll have plenty of time to be stuck. It fucking sucks being stuck.
Just start with the bar on literally every excercise. Then depending on how easy it is, add weight to the bar guesstimating how much you think would be good. Don't jump right into heavy weight. Take your first week or two slow. You'll be fine. If you get DOMS really bad from squatting this will make it so it's much more tolerable. Start with the bar, if it's easy, add 30lbs. Then next workout add another 20, then another 20, then 15, then 15 etc etc until it starts to get difficult. Then you slow down and do 5 or 10lb increases. It'll help you learn the movements. Do everything nice and slow focus on form.

Yes, start with easy weight and focus on 100% perfect form and slow movement. Do more reps if you feel it is too easy. You will waste time if you start heavy, develop wrong form and then stall indefinitely or snap your shit.
