>wake up with alarm at 7:40
>go to work and sit for hours, except stand for lunch while having a coffee
>go home and immediately leave to sit in public, browse the internet on my phone, and drink coffee until 10 pm
>usually have fast food as well
>go to gym and have diminished strength due to shit sleep and postpone the restarting of my routine
>somehow waste time until past midnight and get barely 6 hours of sleep
>weekends are similar but with slightly more coffee ruined sleep and a lot more coffee and less work
>tell myself every day that my real life starts tomorrow
And before that wasn't much different from my current weekend routine but every day.
