Hello again, /fit/fellas! I posted a thread some days ago about my routine. 2 generous anon posted some advices to improve it in terms of resistance / strenght. I read what they posted carefully, so here is my routine 2.0 which I plan to follow for life the frequency I told you that day, just 3 days for week.
1) -10 minutes of bicycle with some resistance to warm-up and get some cardio benefits.
2) -Articular movements and stretchings of all my bodey (neck, shoulders, back, legs, hips and feet), about 15 min.
3) -Resistance training (about 10 minutes too in total):
-----a) I bought two 5 kg. dumbbells, with which I do basically the exercises posted here (not all of these and just about 10 repetitions each, basically three movements for the down part, and other three for the upper part): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WIHy-ZnSndA
-----b)Just 2 reps of 20 seconds of abdominal isometrics. ( <---- Too hard to start or to maintain long-term?)
-----c) 2x10 reps of pulling a rope from an inclined position (45ยบ approximately)
So, less than 40 minutes in total, about 30 minutes if done properly without interruptions. So, can I please know what do you think?
