>elbow injury four years ago
>pain almost gone
>only get pain the morning when elbow is cold
>pain occurs when I extend the elbow and/or put pressure on it, for instance getting out of bed and using my arm to push me out of bed
>pain only lasts for a couple of seconds
How do I get rid of this? Should I just keep lifting light? I pretty much stopped working out for like two years because of this shit. Now I started with some light weights.

I'm pretty sure you're making a wise choice asking for advice on a Vietnamese trap forum rather than directing your perplexities to a doctor who can visit you

I've been to 3 different docs, several physios, chiropractor, lots of screenings like ultrasound, mr etc. List is looong. no one knows jack shit. I probably wasted 10k dollaroos on incompetent assholes.
Thats why im asking here to see if anyone had any similar injuries

joint issue, likely problems with lubrication. when it's cold, blood doesn't flow as well to extremities and your joints get stiff from lack of movement. i'd suggest wearing a heating pad or a sleeve or something when sleeping, so you can keep your joints nice and warm. avoid overworking your lockout, because that may damage it further.
do daily shoulder dislocates and deep stretching of the long head of your tricep. in a pinch, something like tiger balm can help a lot.

also, if you start to see lumps it could be bursitis. inflamed bursa sacks need to be dealt with by a professional, and could give them a better idea of the source. hopefully it won't happen, but be on the lookout.
