Hey guys, I'm 5'7" (inb4 Manlet gtfo) and 125 pounds. I'm looking to maybe get some advice on a diet and such. I don't have much money for good each week, so I need something cheap. Also looking to maybe get some protein powder, but I have no clue what to buy. I've also been looking at SS, but I want to look good, and not some football coach who never amounted to anything. Any suggestions would be great. Thank you. (Also inb4 read the sticky.)

just get the cheapest protein powder you can buy, whey is most popular. As far as food goes buy white meat veggies and some produce. If you buy correctly and use efficiently it wont cost that much. I spend around $40-50 dollars a week, but am a vegan so my costs are inevitably a bit more. Also you should bulk right away.

Would I mix it with milk and fruit and stuff to get more calories out of it. I'm looking to maybe just add those on to my regular diet and see how I do, then adjust from there. I get sick if I eat too much, but drinking I can do all day.

I really like Greek yogurt with walnuts, strawberry and honey with has a shit ton of calories also eat nuts as a snack since they often are high in fat they can be close to 900 calories per 100 gram. Also manlet btfo
