Anyone here suffer from heavy morning depression?
Every day from the time I wake up until 3-4 pm I feel like shit. Like everything is going wrong and I I want to die. Then somehow this sensation vanishes in the afternoon. Wtf?

Nope, just regular depression. I can't remember the last time I've felt happy. Most of the time I'm not "sad" just unhappy or unfeeling. Yesterday they were doing maintenance at the gym and I eyed one of the jigsaws they were using and wanted to gash my jugular.

OP here. For me it's a mixture of incredible anxiety and fear. It's terrible and I don't want to live like this

Maybe it's because you're a wagecuck and get off work at 3-4pm

I'm a wagecuck but I actually feel better also during work. I don't think it's related. It's the same also on weekends

It could be some kind of nutritional deficiency, if your sleep quality is sound. Do you eat breakfast?

Yeah I do, but it's always very difficult to do because my stomach is closed and I'm not hungry at all.
I eat 3-4 rusk with peanut butter, then after a couple of hours I eat a ham and cheese sandwich plus some walnuts.
Sleeping is usually OK, even if I often have nightmares.

Just go outside. All of you, if you feel like shit and depressed just go for a walk outside, get sunlight and fresh air and just think about things clearly. You'll feel better.
