Dumbbell bench.
If I can get away with it, on an adjustable bench so I can hit decline, flat, incline.
30% incline if I had to choose one.

If you just clean and press, that clean will only make you more explosive, not much stronger (because pressing strength is nothing compared to leg and hip strength)
