It depends on how close you are to your max.

If you are lifting many reps with something like 50% to your maximum lift in that category, you cant really get hurt.

The closer you are to your limit, the higher chance something fucks up terribly. So be properly warmed up and focused. Thinking

Personally i rather look like dyel for rest of my life than risking various very funny injuries which leave you crippled for few years after repair surgeries.
