Motherfucking hummus. Here in Germany they sell it for a buck per pack and I put it in couscous, on bread and as condiment with fish or whatever else I'm making.
Couscous too; much faster to make than rice or oats (just put some in bowl, cover in hot water and wait five minutes) and similar profile.

Not really it's basically drop everything into a mixer and blend it together, takes like 5 minutes. You should let it rest for some time though.
