Is there something wrong with me?
1 year of lifting (17>18) 170cm
30kg > 67.5kg bench press
Not even bar > 40kg OHP
0 > 8 pull ups
0 > 10 chin Ups
56kg (20%) > 64kg (18%)
Working out 3-4 times a week om average
Am I doing something wrong?

EAT MOAR
Doesn't seem like you're eating enough if you only gained 8 kg in a year. Try upping your food, and protein intake.
That being said, you can bench bodyweight, that's alright for a year.

>170cm
Found your problem. Seriously though eat more. I notice you don't mention squat or deadlift

But I'm already a chubby boy. 18-20% bodyfat
>>41701038
I know this is frowned upon but I mostly do dumbell lunges because my legs are already long so I focus more on upper back

I'm kinda chubby. No gut but no abs. Also not much vascularity without a pump. I'm afraid that if I eat too much I'll become mr. Fatboy but also if I cut I'll become too lanky. With that being said my lifts are slowing down a lot.
What do?

>already long
10/10
Got me for a second there

I mean relatively speaking. My legs are a little unprotortioned with my upper body so I don't want them to make my upper body look smaller than it already is. I do legs only 1 in every 4 workouts with not so much volume.

Don't let fit tell you those are bad lifts. You can improve I'm sure but that's good progress. Time to cut to 10% and then start building muscle at a rate of .5-1 pound a month (bwx18 in calories)
Also you need to perfect your form.

How much weight does 0.5-1 pound of muscle equate to in overall weight. Or are you saying to only add muscle?
>>41701137
this is the stupidest bait i've seen in a while here's you fucking (you) you fucking loser
>>41701287
What? You are being so unclear right now
>>41701287
He's doubled his lifts. That's progress.
>>41701277
0.5-1 pound of bodyweight a week is generally recommended when you're 10% bodyfat.
