no, i'm not asking to lose weight, in fact according to my bmi (you guys probably think that's bullshit though, but regardless) i'm underweight, so i just want to find ways to eat healthier, because right now i eat a lot of processed shit and i don't really cook that often
i'm a lazy fuck and i'm uncreative, so are there any useful sites/tools for planning weekly meals or shit that can just, for example, tell me what to get from the grocery store and what to make with it

Buy stuff like Meat ( Chicken, Fish, Beef ) organic diary, greek yogurt, veggies, fruits, beans, rice, oats, peanut butter, ( make sure its natural peanut butter meaning it has 1 ingredient and that is peanuts ) and there is some other shit to get but I don't feel like making a whole shopping list for some random person on 4chan

My friends ask me for meal plans and shit. It's kind of depressing to think that people think cooking is all this planning and recipe gathering.
Just do some meal prep.
There's a bunch of youtube videos telling you what and how to cook.
The usual stuff consists in chicken breast, brown rice/quinoa and some greenies (broccoli, spinach). Cook it all on a sunday and store it for the next day.
If you're gonna be lazy at least do it the right way desu

Also I never get ground beef but sometimes I get a NY strip steak which has better macros
