I want to water fast but I don't want to risk my health. Seeing that you're contempt with going through the procedure, I assume you've done your research already. What are the pros and cons of water fasting and what is the optimal duration? (28 days seems like way too far)

honestly just start with intermittent fasting, then start to do 24 hour fasts, then 72 hours. If you want to go longer than that then you have to consider taking supplements to keep you healthy. Im a bit over weight 5'10 200lbs and im hoping to drop 40lbs including water weight by the end of the 28 days. If you want more info there are alot of cool vlogs on youtube that show peoples individual days going through the fast.

Do it in a pleasant environment or don't do it at all. Don't surround yourself with people you don't like, don't do any things you know are bad for you. Fasting does things to your brain, you don't want shit getting in there.
