How do I fix this as fast as possible? Should I even bother

How do I fix this as fast as possible?

Should I even bother lifting if posture is preventing me from making it?

See if you local PTs know about it and can work using some of their techniques.

Is it as bad as pic related?
At first its focusing on squeezing your flutes and tightening your core. it will help give you a feel for your hips rolling back.

Then focus on the range of motion your hips have, you can put one leg on a chair and basically pivot your hips

A good way to tell if your getting hip movement is where your groin is facing as weird as the sounds, it should be flat in front of you but if you have apt it will be tilted downwards, you can roll your hips back and have it facing kinda upwards.


When your standing focusing on tightening you core and gluts and you'll start to see progress. I still lifted with this though

Dont follow this to the T, planks for example may worsen APT if your abs are weak, hence your lower back ends up tightening. Check out these T-nation articles, and try joe defranco's limber 11. They helped me quite a bit. I'm not completely free yet but I've improved even though I'm not consistence in my performance.
