I moved to BC and when I went to ICBC thinking that I had to apply for an L, I was told that there is a loophole coming from ON to BC: because I had a non-learner level license for more than 2 years in Ontario, I automatically am given a full class 5 BC drivers license.

As for the other shit, use smaller steps to attain one step, it takes time but it's doable.
