Esters are attachments to the testosterone itself. They make it so that your body has to 'chew' through the ester to release the testosterone. These allow whatever your chosen compound is to have a burn time or half-life. This is important for anybody who uses anabolics because it allows stable blood levels.

Injecting just straight testosterone suspension would have a half-life of a few hours and then it's gone. Your estrogen rebounds and you get all sorts of sides from your blood levels being completely fucked. So you attach an ester to the testosterone so it is released into your body gradually and slowly. The larger the ester, the longer the burn time. The smallest ester is probably Prop for test with about 3 days of half-life and the longest is undeca with something crazy like 18 days.

Esters are also useful because without them, you would have to inject every 5-6 hours with testosterone to maintain a stable blood level. With test-cyp you can easily just inject every week.

Aromasin or other AIs or even a serm like Toremifene, Raloxifene, Nolvadex may help reduce tiddies further.

Females still produce aromatase which will convert testosterone to estrogen, and since you have way more testosterone than normal youll have much larger conversion than normal too.

SERM wont reduce estrogen but itll bind to breast tissue and prevent estrogen from binding there.

Depending if you what kind of side effects you get from AI or serm one or other may be better.

If you want something highly androgenic then trenbolone may be a good choice (its pretty much the worst steroid for women who want to be stay women).

Just dont use as high doses of tren as men do. Also I would use an AI with tren or lower your test dose, as high test and/or high estrogen with tren can cause many of the issues associated with tren which may be more prevalent in a female.

Codeine 10mg is equivalent of 1mg of morfine and like 20% of people even lack sufficient liver enzyme to translate it to the active metabolite.
Ibuprofen you can take 600mg, spread out over 4 times per day for a total of 2400mg per day. If you take more you won't get better pain treatment just more risk of gastric ulcers and other side effect. If you need better pain treatment do this:
Acetaminophen 500mg 4 times per day (lower than standard dosage cause of the sdrol)
and switch the ibuprofen to either diclofenac 50mg 3 times per day of naproxen 500mg 2 times per day.
Drop the codeine its shit.

Like I said 10mg of codeine is equivalent to like 1mg morfine, the standard dosage for morfine for pain treatment is 10mg so you can imagine that the effect of codeine is just so little its not even worth taking. Besides it has possible side effects like constipation and lots of other more rare sides.

Paracetamol should be the basis for any pain treatment as it has almost no side effects and works synergistically with other painkillers.
I am recommending diclofenac or naproxen instead of ibuprofen for comfort (fewer dosage times per day, so less of a hassle) as well as slightly better pain control. Usually pharmacies sell that otc too.

Telmisartan I think does the same as Gw and forcibly lowers cholesterol. It is not harsh like statins (class of drugs typically prescribed for cholesterol).

Theres phytosterols that you find in those cholesterol lowering "butter", you can buy them as pure supplement.

LGD lowers triglycerides oddly enough (but doesnt lower cholesterol)

Anyone roll with tren e?

Started last week 600mg/week with 500mg test e because I can.

Wondering how long before I start noticing distinct tren effects.

Obviously every case is different but a ballpark estimate is nice to keep in mind. I'm estimating at least 2-3 weeks before metabolic effects like carb sweats kick in, and at least 4 weeks for the tren look to start creeping up.

Tren is good. Don't have any major sides. Maybe some temper tantrums now and then, notice I wake up a lot at night because my body feels like its been sleeping in the sahara and needs water desperately. Drank at least 3-4 glasses of water throughout the night. Definitely have a raise in body temp. Not uncomfortably warm but it's winter here atm. So morning wakeups are actually pretty nice not freezing to death.

Weight goes up, fat is going down, strength goes up. Do get fatigued in gym kind of quickly.

I'm a pretty calm dude, never got pissed, but did feel like just staying indoors, just lift, fuck my gf and play vidya insteaf of socialising.
